Zapraszamy nauczycieli wychowania fizycznego w szkołach podstawowych na zajęcia modelowe Metody i formy pracy oraz środki dydaktyczne sprzyjające kształtowaniu siły
i mocy, które odbędą się 3 grudnia 2014 r.  w Szkole Podstawowej nr 162 ul. Powszechna 15 w  godz. 15.00 – 18.00.

Podczas spotkania zaprezentowane zostaną zabawy oraz ćwiczenia  rozwijające siłę
i moc, indywidualne i ze współćwiczącym, z zastosowaniem różnorodnych przyborów. Omówione zostaną zagadnienia dotyczące wpływu siły i mocy na rozwój fizyczny dzieci
i młodzieży. Zabawy i ćwiczenia zaprezentowane podczas zajęć mogą być stosowane nie tylko w klasach IV – VI, ale również w edukacji wczesnoszkolnej.

Zajęcia poprowadzą Pan Piotr Górski i Łukasz Góral – nauczyciele w Gimnazjum nr 2 oraz pan Krzysztof Marciniak – nauczyciel w Gimnazjum nr 3.

Bardzo prosimy o zabranie stroju sportowego, ponieważ uczestnicy będą aktywnie uczestniczyć w zajęciach.

Warunkiem uczestnictwa w spotkaniu jest przesłanie na adres ŁCDNiKP wypełnionej Karty Zgłoszenia do dnia 2 grudnia 2015 r.  lub zgłoszenie na adres e-mail doradcy: sprawkae@wp.pl Uczestnicy otrzymają potwierdzenie udziału.
